Hit and run to stop sign. North Bend 10:16 am. 2222 Broadway. Passersby noticed the half the lights on the tree outside N.B. Community Center saw a plume of smoke come out of the side of the tree. Now neighbors are yelling obscenities and making even more noise. UNK description. Owner on scene and took possession of  deceased dog. 9:16 pm. 1611 Virgina. PV Cinema employee reports an intoxicated male transient snuck into the theater. Employees escorted him out Last seen stumbling across the parking lot. UTL. Press Releases from the Coos County Sheriff's Office On 12-13-2012 at about 4:59 pm, Coos County Sheriff's Deputies were called to a residence on Dover Lane in the Bunker Hill area of Coos Bay regarding a domestic situation that had occurred earlier in the atternoon. Deputies contacted 42 year old Shawn Boyer of Coos Bay and learned that she and her husband, Bill Boyer had been in an altercation earlier in the afternoon at their residence on ' Dover Lane. Ms. Boyer reported having been struck in the face and her phone being broken by her husband during the altercation. She did not request medical attention at'the time. Deputies then contacted Bill Boyer at another residence nearby and he was arrested for Menacing (Domestic) and Interfering with a 911 Call. He did not request medical attention either and was transported to the Coos County jail and booked. On 12-15-2012 at about 1:25 P.M., the Coos County Sheriff's Office received a report of a two vehicle injury head on crash near the Railroad crossing in the Greenacres district of Coos Bay. A red 1994 Ford pickup driven by . Frank Clawson, 44, of Coos Bay was traveling towards Greenacres from Highway 42 when he lost control of his vehicle crashing into a 1995 Dodge car driven by 31 year old Danial Davis of Coos Bay. Greenacres first responders Greenacres Fire Department arrived on scene and had to extricate Mr. Davis from his vehicle. Jesse Clawson, 35, of Coos Bay, was a passenger jn the vehicle driven by Mr. Clawson and received facial injuries but refused medical treatment at the scene. As a result of the investigation, Frank Clawson was , arrested for Reckless Endangering, Vehicular Assault and , DUll. Mr. Clawson was taken to the Coos County Jail where he blew a. 17% BAC. The crash is still under investigation regarding the sobriety of Mr. Davis who was transported to Bay Area Hospital by Bay Cities Ambulance.
